Card Values:
• 0-13: Points = Face value

Scoring:
• Cabo Caller: 0 (if lowest) or Hand + 10
• Other Players: Hand score only
Power Cards:
• 7-8: Peek at own card
• 9-10: Spy opponent's card
• 11-12: Swap your card with opponent's
